Inverter function
  • Converts the vehicle's DC power to a variable frequency and variable voltage

Configuration of inverter terminals

The power and communication connection lines supplied from the outside of the product have a total of 2 connection terminals, and are composed of two high voltage terminals that apply the power supplied from the battery to the inverter, and a low voltage terminal that applies the communication and 12V control power.

  • High voltage terminal (220~480V) : Connects the high voltage DC power of the vehicle, and applies power to the main power PCB power terminal of the drive

  • Low voltage terminal(12V): CAN(H/L), PWM connection communication and control line

The role of the inverter

It converts DC power of a storage battery into AC power for use in electric motors, maintains accurate charging, and regulates regenerative braking power, and is important in power transmission and propulsion systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
