E-COMP Inverter
E-COMP INVERTER
Mass production of E-Comp inverters for the largest number of vehicles in Korea
Korea's first vehicle E-Comp inverter OEM development and mass production application (2010)
E-COMP inverter is a core technology product that requires advanced technology as a control power conversion device for the electric compressor, which is an air conditioner refrigerant circulation device for eco-friendly vehicles.
It converts the DC power of the inverter battery into AC power to be used for the electric motor, maintains accurate charging, regulates regenerative braking, and plays an important role in the power transmission and propulsion system of hybrid and electric vehicles.
The inverter for electric COMP is a component that is assembled with the electric COMP of the air conditioner system in the eco-friendly electric vehicle
and hybrid vehicle, converts the vehicle's DC power into AC power, and controls the RPM and efficiency of the driven motor.
High voltage terminal (220~480V)
High voltage DC power connection of vehicle
Drive Main Power
Apply power to the PCB power terminal

Low voltage terminal (12V)
CAN(H/L), PWM connection communication
and control line
Complete Full-Load Condition Automation Testing Technology
Comprehensive automated testing of motor loads, replicating real vehicle conditions, and integrating data into a central database for efficiency.

| Product Name | e-Compressor Inverter for EV/HEV |
| Role and Function in Automotive Systems | Serves as a core component of the air conditioning system, similar to the role of a human heart. The compressor repeatedly performs the processes of suction, compression, and circulation of refrigerant, compressing the low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas, which is then sent to the condenser. |
| Inverter Role | A core component that supplies power to the electric compressor motor through DC-AC power conversion and enables precise control of the motor. |
